- Provide hair colour consultations in English and French via phone, email, and chat.
- Create and oversee hair colour formulations using our online software.
- Support clients in an online contact centre environment.
- Match clients’ desired hair colour to encourage repeat orders.
- Build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Analyse clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent.
- Salon experience.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- In-depth understanding of colour formulation and theory.
- Positive attitude and aptitude for selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and energetic.
