Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional hair colouring services, including highlights, balayage, and creative colour work.
- Provide consultations to clients, offering professional advice on colour choices and maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hairdressing industry.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent customer service and personalized experiences.
- Work collaboratively with other stylists and team members to ensure the salon operates smoothly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist, with a strong portfolio of colour work.
- NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing or equivalent qualifications.
- Extensive knowledge of colour theory, application techniques, and aftercare.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
