As a Night Baker you will be responsible for:
- Maintain impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of baking, ensuring consistency and excellence in every product.
- Independently complete food preparation tasks according to recipes and standards
- Ensure that all food items are prepared and stored safely and hygienically
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Communicate effectively with the daytime kitchen team to ensure a smooth transition between shifts
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker, with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality baked goods in a professional kitchen environment.
- Passion for baking and a willingness to push boundaries and innovate while maintaining traditional baking techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering products of the highest standard.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively, especially during solo shifts.
- Ability to work night shifts - shift patterns can be 5pm-2am and 10pm-8am (or thereabouts)
