A well established construction consultancy renowned for providing exceptional APC support and guidance, is looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team in London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation of building surveys, reports and schedules of condition.
  • Supporting the delivery of dilapidation assessments and project management tasks.
  • Preparing specifications and tender documents.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout projects.
  • Providing assistance in contract administration and project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and to budget.
  • Regular site inspections and reporting back on progress, defects, and other key project elements.

  • An RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying.
  • Some experience in a building surveying role.
