Duties

  • PPMs and reactive maintenance on plumbing and mechanical plant installations
  • Fixing leaks/leak detection
  • Changing faulty pipes
  • Boiler inspections
  • Servicing chillers
  • Servicing TMVs
  • AHU/FCU maintenance - changing filters, actuators, belts, motors
  • Replacing valves
  • Servicing on-site Air conditioning systems
  • Servicing sump pumps
  • Replacing mechanical seals
  • General fabric maintenance
  • Fire Alarm / Emergency light testing
  • Sprinkler testing
  • Basic electrical maintenance

Requirements

  • C&G/NVQ Level 2 Min. in plumbing or mechanical maintenance
  • C&G 18th Edition (desirable)
  • Min. 5 years building services maintenance experience
