My client who is a residential property managing agent is looking to employ a handyman, below is the general job description of that role.

Duties:

  1. Basic plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing communal leaks so they don't get worse, unclogging drains outside).
  2. Minor Electrical repairs (e.g., replacing bulbs, resetting magnetic door access).
  3. Painting and touch-ups for common areas.
  4. Basic carpentry tasks (e.g., repairing doors, adjusting closers).
  5. Resetting hardware (e.g, CCTV, broadband).
  6. Routine maintenance tasks such as assisting in the day to day running of building - including taking bins out once a week

Work Schedule:
