Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment on-site.
Perform repairs, troubleshoot issues, and handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
To assist with minor plumbing and electrical matters
Provide first class customer service to residents
Ensuring communal areas and available apartments are well presented and appealing to prospective tenants at all time
