Key Responsibilities:

General repairs and maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and handling minor installations
Assembling furniture and carrying out general handyman tasks
Identifying and resolving maintenance issues efficiently
Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
Skilled in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
