We are looking for aMobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVACwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theMobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheMobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC,will be responsible for:
- Undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment.
- Delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
- Answering queries,overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
- You will be assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- You should be capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours,with a pro-active and positive approach to work.
- You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.
To be successful for thisMobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVACrole you must have:
- Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
- Full current driving licence.
- Also, knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
- Available to join a call out rota
- It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg, be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment,
