We are looking for anMulti Skilled Engineer - HVAC Biaswho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theMulti Skilled Engineer - HVAC Bias,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheMulti Skilled Engineer - HVAC Bias,will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and repairing alloperational equipment within high street retail stores.
• You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client. Answering queries.
• Overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
• You will be assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
• Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
• You should be capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours,with a pro-active and positive approach to work.
• You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Bias role you must have:

• Qualified at a City & Guilds levelwith experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
• You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
• You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.
• It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.
• Be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights.
• Are available to join a call out rota.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
