Job Title: Multi Trader/Handyperson/Handyman/Handywoman Location: London Reports to: Property Services Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader/Handyperson/Handywoman/Handyman to join our maintenance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing maintenance tasks assigned by the Property Services Manager. The role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Complete maintenance tasks as directed by the Property Services Manager. - Communicate effectively with the Property Services Manager regarding task progress and any challenges encountered. - Ensure all necessary materials are available for jobs and manage inventory effectively. - Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with clients and tenants. - Report any issues or concerns to the Property Services Manager promptly. - Utilise your own vehicle for travel between tasks, with fuel and parking costs covered by the company. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. - Broad knowledge of general maintenance tasks. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills. - Own vehicle preferred for travel between tasks.
