An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Handyman to join a highly reputable property and investment company in London. This role focuses on the general repairs and maintenance of residential flats, with a competitive base salary of £35,000 and the potential for overtime, providing additional earning opportunities.

As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the properties are kept in top condition, dealing with a variety of tasks, including carpentry, basic electrical work, and basic plumbing. The role requires a hands-on individual who can manage a variety of general repair jobs across the company's portfolio of residential properties.
