Structural Revit Technician

Location: Central London

Salary: 40k - 50k plus benefits

Emtech are working with a Civil & Structural Consultancy who are looking for a Structural Revit Technician to join their established team in London. Ideally you will have at least a few years experience working with Revit across either residential, education, commercial, industrial projects.

In this role you will be joining a structural team of 12 in Central London near Farringdon. On offer is the chance to work flexibly and be part of a team delivering high quality work for a varied client base across London.

Requirements:

  • Experience of building structures projects across a range of sectors, including residential
  • Able to produce accurate technical engineering drawings in a variety of materials
  • Proficient in Revit with at least 3 years experience in the software
  • Good attention to detail, conversant in all building materials with particular focus on in-situ concrete, timber, masonry and steelwork
  • Ability to undertake review and checking of RC detailing and scheduling would be useful
