We are working with a reputable contractor delivering repairs and maintenance services on behalf of a local housing authority in Ealing. They are currently seeking a qualified Floor Layer to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Fitting all types of flooring including laminate, poly-safe, altro, and cap and cove in both occupied and void properties.
  • Using a PDA to receive job instructions and electronically log work progress, materials, and any additional feedback.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Floor Covering (essential)
  • Basic Criminal Record Check
  • Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
