My client are a leading social housing outfit. With over 15 contracts working on behalf of different councils and housing associations all over the London Borough, they are looking to expand their team due to their influx of work rapidly increasing and are after qualified tradesmen to join their team of skilled individuals.
We are looking for a Floor layer based in Islington
Temp - Perm position (Opportunity to go permanent after probation period of 3 months)
Weekly pay (Competitive)- £720 per week take home after tax
40 hour week
Responsibilities for the Floor layer role:
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
- Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
