We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join a well-established domiciliary care provider, supporting compliance, quality assurance, and service improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a flexible and supportive environment with strong career development prospects.

Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations and staff management.
  • Work closely with a team of 6-7 office staff and 80 dedicated care staff.
  • Oversee digital systems to enhance efficiency and care delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in complex care cases.
  • Help drive business growth and continuous improvement.
Deputy Manager Requirements:
  • Proven experience in domiciliary care at a Deputy or Senior Care Coordinator level.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership skills to support, train, and develop teams.
  • Experience with digital care systems is an advantage.
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to improve processes and care quality.
