We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join a well-established domiciliary care provider, supporting compliance, quality assurance, and service improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a flexible and supportive environment with strong career development prospects.
Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
- Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations and staff management.
- Work closely with a team of 6-7 office staff and 80 dedicated care staff.
- Oversee digital systems to enhance efficiency and care delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance in complex care cases.
- Help drive business growth and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in domiciliary care at a Deputy or Senior Care Coordinator level.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership skills to support, train, and develop teams.
- Experience with digital care systems is an advantage.
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to improve processes and care quality.
- Up to 35,000 salary + 10% annual bonus.
