FIND is exclusively working with a London based Education Trust to recruit a Referrals/ Admissions Manager to join their team.  In essence, this role is to ensure that all the schools are running at capacity and, whilst liaising with local authorities, the “referral to placement” process is effectively managed.Please note that this role is 100% based on-site in Lambeth, London.  Please do not apply for this role if you are unable to work full on-site.Salary for this role is to £35000.The duties for this role include-
  • Overseeing the referrals to the Trust effectively.
  • Recording and monitoring all enquiries that come in.
  • Organising visits and trial days to the relevant schools.
  • Acting as the main point of contact to referring authorities.
  • Managing school waiting lists.
The ideal candidate for this role-
  • Has previously worked in a school’s referrals or admissions capacity.
  • Understands the Independent School Admissions process.
  • Is an effective communicator- face to face, telephone and in person.
  • Is proficient in the Microsoft office suite.
  • Understands the requirements of children with additional or special needs.
