We are seeking an Assistant Head Teacher for an education provider committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. You'll be joining a growing group of schools, where your enthusiasm and expertise will be instrumental in meeting the diverse needs of the students.
Responsibilities:
- Articulating the school's vision and assisting the headteacher in strategic leadership
- Overseeing daily school operations
- Developing the school's aims and objectives
- Creating policies to achieve these aims and objectives
- Managing staff and resources effectively.
Qualification:
- Leadership and management experience in a school.
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- Prefer an experience supporting children with Special and emotional needs.
