We're on the lookout for a dynamic Curriculum Manager to lead and innovate within key areas of our educational provision. Whether it's ESOL & Wellbeing or Functional & Digital Skills & Career Development, this role is your chance to make a real impact on our community by driving quality and excellence in adult education.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage curriculum and quality assurance to deliver a high-quality, responsive, and innovative learning offer that aligns with key council priorities like Opportunity Haringey.
  • Oversee curriculum planning, reviews, and delivery, ensuring the programs meet funding requirements and offer value for money.
  • Act as the lead IQA across subject sectors in your curriculum area, evaluating the quality of education and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Conduct evaluations of teaching, learning, and assessment, including observations, deep dives, learning walks, and themed drop-ins.
  • Manage staff, resources, and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of learning programs.
