Job Description:

To be responsible for the management of the learning programmes as agreed with the Principal including the staff, supporting the co-ordination of finances and learning resources allocated to the Curriculum Area.

The post holder is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of a value for money, responsive, relevant, innovative and high-quality curriculum offer that contributes to the key council priorities such as Opportunity Haringey and meets funding requirements.

The post holder will act as lead IQA in all subject sectors within their curriculum area and evaluate quality of education in their area as well as undertaking curriculum area reviews, reports, planning and design. They will be major contributors to the Evaluation of teaching, learning and assessment, undertaking observations, deep dives, learning walks and themed drop ins.
