Panoramic is recruiting for a Regional Director of Education for an Independent SEN Schools Group, starting in April or September 2025.
The role involves overseeing a portfolio of schools in the South East and managing Headteachers.
Key responsibilities will include Quality Assurance and Curriculum oversight across the schools.
Candidates must have multi-site school management experience and senior-level experience in Independent SEND Schools.
An executive Headteacher or equivalent experience is required for this position, which offers a competitive salary.

Panoramic is supporting an Independent SEN Schools Group, in their recruitment for a Regional Director of Education. This is a substantive opportunity, starting in either April or September 2025.

As Regional Director of Education you will be overseeing a portfolio of Schools in the South East, line managing the Headteachers. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role but some areas of focus will include Quality Assurance and Curriculum across the schools.

To be suitable for this role it is essential you have the following:

Multi-site school management experience
Experience working at Senior Level in an Independent SEND Schools
Executive Headteacher or above experience
