Student progress at both GCSE and A Level across the school is above the national average. In particular, we are highly effective at bridging the gap between disadvantaged students and non-disadvantaged students. We run an extensive intervention programme, at Key Stage 3, which means students who have low prior attainment are able to work on "catching-up" with their peers.We are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic colleague to join our Creative Arts team as a Subject Leader of Music. The successful candidate will work across both key stage 3 & 4 and line manage the work of the peripatetic staff, as well as coordinate whole school music events, working in liaison with the Subject Lead for Drama.
