This role would suit someone with a background of teaching MFL, Science, Computers, Art/DT, as the morning slot is covering a Year 3 class covering core subjects and the afternoon will have a focus on covering a non-core subject such as MFL, Science, Computers or Art/DT.


About the role

As the PPA Cover Teacher every Friday, you will be responsible for delivering the planned lessons and activities for the Year 3 class, following the teacher’s planning.
 You will also be expected to manage the behaviour of the pupils, assess their learning, and provide feedback to the class teacher. You will work closely with the other staff members and receive support and guidance from the senior leadership team.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
**Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
**Experience of teaching in primary schools
**A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
**A positive and enthusiastic attitude
**A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
