Role Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive excellence and equity in education. As Assistant Director, you will shape the strategic vision for school improvement, working with educational leaders, multi-academy trusts, and key stakeholders. You will lead a skilled team, championing innovation and ensuring outstanding teaching, learning, and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:
