Location: South London
Start Date: November – 40 weeks a year (termtime plus 1)

Wage: £36,500 plus bonuses

We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to join our thriving secondary school in South London. This is a full-time role, starting in November, where you’ll be responsible for managing the school’s data systems and supporting key administrative functions. If you have strong skills in data management and MIS systems (Bromcom), this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the school timetable.
  • Updating the MIS system (Bromcom) with student data.
  • Administering end-of-year processes within the MIS.
  • Maintaining staff user accounts on the MIS.
  • Conducting KS4/KS5 DfE checking exercises.
  • Managing the school website.
  • Generating reports on behaviour, attendance, and punctuality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience working with school MIS systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Proven experience creating school timetables.
