We are looking for an experienced Technical Director to oversee residential developments in Greater London. This key role will ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest technical and quality standards, from site acquisition to project completion.

The Technical Director will lead and manage technical teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry regulations and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical delivery of residential developments across Greater London.
  • Work with Land & Technical to assess the feasibility of new development acquisitions.
  • Manage technical teams to ensure design solutions focusing on functionality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Review and approve technical documentation, including architectural plans, structural designs, and M&E specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to building regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with external consultants to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure alignment with technical specifications and project timelines.

Key Attributes:

  • Extensive experience in residential development with a strong technical background in Construction with a developer producing a high number of annual units
  • Experience with large scale High rise projects
  • Deep knowledge of UK building regulations, fire safety, and BSR regulations
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team at a senior level
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
