Position: Year 4 Teacher
Location: Waltham Forest, London
Pay: 164 - 270 a day (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 3:30 PM
Start Date: 06.01.2025

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our supportive and vibrant school in Waltham Forest. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated educator to make a positive impact on the academic and personal development of children in Year 4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire and motivate students.
  • Ensure that the curriculum is delivered in an inclusive and engaging way, meeting the diverse needs of all pupils.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their potential.
  • Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high standard of education across the school.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's progress.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Year 4.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and strategies for effective teaching.
  • Passionate about supporting children's academic and personal growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, proactive approach to challenges and a commitment to creating a nurturing learning environment.
  • Needs an enhanced DBS check
