Fire Alarm Engineer Overview
- Performing scheduled service and maintenance duties for a diverse clientele, ranging from retail units to office complexes.
- Undertaking a variety of tasks including minor works and commissioning.
- Potential involvement in larger installation projects, providing opportunities for those looking to advance their installation skills.
- Applying expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot issues based on existing knowledge and experience.
- Delivering a thorough service to customers in compliance with British Standards within a specified geographical area.
Fire Alarm Engineer Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Fire System maintenance/installation/remedial works
- FIA Installation and Maintenance Module
- Experience of open / Close protocol fire alarm systems
- Electrical design with fire alarm element
- Working knowledge of BS5839 & current Health & Safety legislation
Fire Alarm Engineer Remuneration
- £40,000 - 43,000 DOE
- Van plus fuel card
- 25 days holiday
- 8:00 - 5:00
- Full package to be discussed at interview
