Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join our team in South East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service various types of fire alarm systems.
• Perform regular system inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to recommend system upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients.
• Complete and maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest fire alarm technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer.
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems.
• In-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems, standards, and regulations (BS 5839-1, BS 5839-6, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within South East London.
• Relevant certifications in fire alarm systems (preferred but not essential).
