High-profile, ambitious City law firm are looking for an NQ to join their team advising on high value / high profile contentious and non-contentious employment work. The quality of work is exceptional, and the role is ideal if you are looking for a change of culture, exciting clients and a good work life balance in a smaller firm. The work is varied and they work with both employees and employers to include whistle blowing, HR advice, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination advice, settlement agreements, partnership and LLP work, misrepresentation, constructive dismissals, data protection, harassment and stress at work claims that arise in a work context. A good proportion of their work is litigated in the High Court and the firm prides itself on the first-rate services they offer to clients.
