Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor who can provide expert legal advice on contracts, tribunal claims, workplace disputes, restructures, and more? We are working with a leading London law firm who are looking to grow their Employment team. They specialise in UK employment law, offering high-quality advice to UK and international corporations, financial institutions, and various other high profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft employment contracts, including SMCR provisions.
  • Represent clients in tribunal claims.
  • Manage workplace disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Review policies and prepare staff handbooks.
  • Advise on restructures, redundancies, TUPE issues, and expatriate arrangements.
  • Handle discrimination, harassment, dismissal, and whistle-blowing claims.
  • Provide guidance on post-termination restrictions and protect confidential information.
  • Advise on working time regulations, industrial relations, and GDPR issues.
  • Offer helpline support for employment law queries.
  • Deliver employment law training and updates.

About You:

  • 5+ PQE Employment Solicitor with strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Experience working in a City law firm.
  • Skilled in handling complex claims and disputes.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Law degree and UK qualification to practice.
