About the company:

Our privately owned client who is based in Central London is a leading name within the enabling works industry with a group annual turnover in excess of 120M. Their services include demolition, sub structure and super structure works and their strong reputation for successfully completing challenging projects with values ranging up to 20M, has been built on delivery and trust.

All of their operational and surveying teams operate out of their Central London office, which offers their employees the ability to jump on the train (if not walk) to their sites within 30 minutes. The benefit of this allows complete cooperation across all departments, creating a stream lined process and full team approach.

With a low staff turnover, this specialist subcontractor, who also operate as principle contractor on the majority of their projects, rarely recruit and this opportunity has arisen purely due to company expansion. Having recently met with this business and several of the leadership team, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a polished company that can offer good, technical projects and fantastic career progression opportunities.

Due to the on-going expansion of the company and winning of new projects, our client is recruiting permanently for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor with vast knowledge within the demolition, substructure and superstructure sector, to work on various sites throughout Central London, providing proactive health and safety support to project teams.

Reporting to the SHEQ Lead, you will be responsible for carrying out risk review meetings to understand and forecast potential project and task specific risks; developing control measures for identified risks; assisting project teams in the development of safe systems of works; carrying out site inspections and audits; completing reports and assisting teams in closeouts and assisting the SHEQ Lead in the development of new systems and processes.

About the requirements:
