Are you seeking an opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience as a Health and Safety Coordinator?
We've been engaged by a leading consultancy who have partnered with an Established Housing provider, to bring onboard a new Health and Safety Coordinator. This role will be focused on supporting all health and safety measures across the client's residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Coordinator will include:
- Promoting a positive health and safety culture across the portfolio, seeking best practice at every opportunity
- Keeping updated with key changes to legislation to ensure compliance
- Managing the induction, training and development programme across the property portfolio
- Continually developing and reviewing Health and Safety management systems in line with industry best practice
The successful Health and Safety Coordinator will have:
- Experience in Health and Safety within property is ideal but not essential
- NEBOSH Certificate (desirable) and ideally membership of a relevant professional body (i.e IOSH)
- Great communication skills and the ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation
