Responsibilities include compiling and reviewing Health and Safety Management systems, developing H&S objectives, and feeding data into performance reports.
The position requires guidance on HS&E matters and support for the KBJV team in promoting and auditing HS&E policies.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates with less than 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Your day to day as a SHE Advisor will include:* Compilation and review of Health and Safety Management systems in line with accredited standard (ISO 45001).* Help lead the development of company H&S objectives, policies, procedures, and standards.* Feed data into monthly and yearly HS&E performance statistics and reports.* Provide guidance and support on all HS&E related matters to the KBJV site team.* Support the KBVJ team in the promotion, delivery and auditing of HS&E policies and programmes in the workplace and ensure that the project is legally compliant.
