We are currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Specialist to join a leading international law firm as part of their London office.

This Health & Safety Specialist role, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, will see you acting as the firm's SME in Health & Safety. This includes:

  • Assessing current H&S processes and implementing new processes and systems
  • Taking overall ownership for health & Safety compliance, best practice, and SHEQ problems and improvements
  • Building stakeholder relationships to promote buy-in and cultural adherence to health & safety regulations
  • Conducting regular risk assessments, audits, and creating documentation
  • Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of management systems

The perfect Health & Safety Specialist will have prior experience in a similar role within an office environment. You will be NEBOSH (Level 3) trained and have a strong eye for detail. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to actively communicate with senior stakeholders.

This is a permanent position with a salary of up to c£45,000 with excellent benefits.
