- Must hold a Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET) or above/equivalent.
- Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award, though this is not essential as our client can upskill.
- Must have experience in delivering training / teaching, ideally in Health and Safety and / or Construction.
- Must have competency in Health and Safety (in the construction or warehouse sector).
- NEBOSH qualification is desirable.
- Must be comfortable with (and ideally have) experience of online and group-based training delivery.
- Deliver accredited pre-employment qualifications in Construction and Health and Safety, remotely, with some face-to-face classroom delivery (once a quarter).
- Embed Maths, English and ICT skills into your delivery.
- Develop tailored training / workshops and adopt a more personalised approach for individuals requiring more support.
- Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
- Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely progression reviews are conducted, and constructive feedback is given.
