  • Take ownership of a case load: conduct initial assessments, issue clear recommendations, and guide employees through a successful return-to-work process.
  • Manage your own workload confidently, balancing on-site work (minimum 2 days a week) with flexible home-based days.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration and Occupational Health Nursing qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
  • Confidence in managing your own workload and the ability to travel weekly to the client site
