Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide best practice occupational health services to enhance the workplace environment.
  • Identify health challenges faced by staff and implement solutions to reduce sickness absence and improve mental health support.
  • Collaborate with managers to raise awareness of occupational health services.
  • Deliver a full range of occupational health services, including health surveillance and first aid support.
  • Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the Benevolent Fund by identifying potential beneficiaries and managing grant processes.
  • Contribute to training and development initiatives related to occupational health.

Requirements:

  • Occupational Health diploma or degree.
  • Registered General Nurse (NMC registered).
  • Experience in sickness absence case management and providing occupational health advice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and administrative tasks.
