Job Title: Occupational Health Lead

Location: Covent Garden, London

Overview: Join a world-leading performing arts venue as the Occupational Health Lead, providing comprehensive and proactive occupational health advisory services to our employees and managers. You will also support the organisations Benevolent Fund in maintaining contact with beneficiaries and identifying new ones, fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the clinical lead, delivering best practice occupational health services.
  • Identify and address health challenges faced by staff across diverse roles.
  • Ensure compliance with health surveillance programs and implement health and safety policies.
  • Conduct case management, health assessments, and provide first-line counselling.
  • Manage the Occupational Health budget and maintain accurate health records.
  • Support the Royal Opera House Benevolent Fund, overseeing grants and identifying beneficiaries.

Qualifications:

  • Occupational Health diploma or degree.
  • Registered General Nurse (NMC registered).
  • Strong clinical and management experience in the occupational health sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
