Are you an Occupational Health Advisor willing to travel around London but be mainly based from home? This new position working with a supportive and growing company will require you to work across various locations to provide a comprehensive occupational health service. The role is home-based but requires flexibility to travel nationally for clinics and on-site appointments, with occasional overnight stays to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities

Your day will typically involve attending multiple clinics or on-site appointments, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism. Responsibilities include:

  • Remote Case Management – Providing expert advice and case management for clients remotely.

  • Fit to Work Medicals – Conducting medical assessments to ensure employees are fit for their roles.

  • Health Surveillance – Carrying out health checks in compliance with workplace regulations.

  • Health Promotion – Supporting employees in maintaining and improving their health.

  • Vaccination Programmes – Administering vaccinations in line with health and safety standards.

  • Wellbeing Services – Contributing to workplace wellbeing initiatives.

  • Training Services – Delivering training sessions to employees and managers as required.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification 

  • Occupational Health qualification recorded on Part 3 of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) register(Desirable but not essential)

  • HAV’s Tier 3 qualification(OR willingness to undertake training)

  • Strong communication skills at all levels

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a challenging environment

  • Proficient in IT and comfortable using various software systems
