The role is to work 2 days/week onsite in London and 2 days/week Homebased. The role will involve:- Complex Case management- Mainly metal health and long term conditions- Report Writing- You will be working as a part of an OH team of 20 consisting of Operations Manager, DSE Assessor, OH Physician and OHA's- You will be responsible for your own case load in this role- This includes carrying out the initial assessment, issuing reports to the client with any recommendations / adjustments and keeping the case under review until a successful return to work is achieved.- Its important that you are confident in prioritising your own workload and managing your own time.- You will have help from a Booking Administrator to book the initial assessment but any follow up/review will be your responsibilityTo apply you will need to be an experienced and qualified Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong case management and report writing experienceSalary: up to £50,000 pro rata + Benefits
