Someone who can connect, and gain buy in from both the factory floor and stakeholders. The successful individual would be well supported and be a key player within the site based HSE Team. Within this role there is an expectation to be able to lead with gravitas, manage change, develop procedures, and deliver an effective and positive culture behavioural change programme.Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the requirements of all relevant HSE legislation are followed and implemented, and that the Business always complies with corporate and legal requirements.
  • Ensure a positive and constructive HSE culture is prevalent throughout the Business.
  • Deliver continuous improvement in Health, Safety and Environment standards and practices year on year.
  • Interact closely with the head of operation on site and have a collaborative approach to HSE
Essential Experience, Training and Qualifications:
  • Fast Paced Manufacturing experience, ideally with prior food manufacturing experience
  • NEBOSH Diploma or working towards
