Helpdesk Coordinator, you will provide support to the field-based teams to provide excellent customer service across all areas of responsibility. The role will provide support on repair and maintenance systems aligned to the business in a timely manner.
Daily duties for Helpdesk Coordinator
- Day to day helpdesk coordinator for delivery
- Main liaison for customer base
- Chasing internal and external supplies sand engineers
- Able to assist PPM
- Prioritising activity
- Good communication between suppliers
Skills: -
- Be able to work independently
- Natural problem solver
- Excellent communication and rapport skills
- IT Literate
