Helpdesk Coordinator, you will provide support to the field-based teams to provide excellent customer service across all areas of responsibility. The role will provide support on repair and maintenance systems aligned to the business in a timely manner.

Daily duties for Helpdesk Coordinator

Day to day helpdesk coordinator for delivery

Main liaison for customer base

Chasing internal and external supplies sand engineers

Able to assist PPM

Prioritising activity

Good communication between suppliers

Skills: -

Be able to work independently

Natural problem solver

Excellent communication and rapport skills

IT Literate
