Are you a HSE Advisor within the construction industry, looking to apply your expertise and join the future proof renewable energy sector within an influential role with excellent progression?

Do you want to work for a global industry leader within utility scale Solar PV and BESS, with an expansive project pipeline- where you will help shape HSE policy and in return receive job security within a futureproof industry, great progression opportunities and a generous package?

The company identify, develop and deliver utility scale Solar PV Projects across the globe. Their portfolios include some of the largest Solar farms across the world - ranging from 5MW to over 100MW, and their pipeline incudes over 20GW of power within the next 5 years.

In this role - you will be helping shape their HSE policy across the UK. From site audits, to detailed report writing - this is an incredibly varied position with strong prospects, where you will develop skills within the renewable energy market - the future of energy worldwide.

This is the ideal role for HSE Advisors from a construction background looking for guidance into the renewable energy market - gaining a skillset for life, where you will have the real opportunity to progress and grow the companies HSE policies as well as receiving a generous renumeration package.

The Role:

  • Utility scale Solar PV and BESS construction site audits - with HSE Reviews and subsequent recommendations.
  • Development and implementation of HSE Documentation.
  • Implementation of HSE procedures in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  • Full life cycle work, with a continuous creation of HSE Culture - from audits, ideas, implementation, performance monitoring and review.
  • Cross collaboration with Project Management and Construction Team.

The Person:

  • Third level Health and Safety qualification - with working knowledge of UK legislation, regulations and standards.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH.
  • Experience within the construction, energy, HV or renewable energy sectors.
  • Experience in site audits, risk assessment, policy implementation and HS training.
