Your new companyJoin DHL, a top-tier supply chain business known for its award-winning services, is seeking a dedicated HSE Business Partner to help maintain and enhance Health, Safety, and Environmental standards within their NHS Patient Transport Network sector. Your new roleAs the HSE Business Partner, the successful candidate will:

  • Offer valuable HSE advice and support to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Promote business standardisation and assist in adhering to the HSMS and other HSE policies.
  • Work proactively with enforcing authorities to represent the company effectively.
  • Monitor the accuracy and quality of information in logistics and ensure effective use of trend analysis.
  • Conduct HSE & BCM audits and develop action plans in line with corporate requirements.
  • Stay updated on Health & Safety legislation and keep site management teams informed.
  • Provide training and guidance to develop and maintain risk assessments and safe work systems.
  • Ensure accident investigations are completed promptly, and preventive actions are implemented.

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience in a similar HSE Business Partner or Senior Management role.
  • A background in H&S responsibilities with a focus on delivering standardised programs.
  • A NEBOSH National General Certificate (essential).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to engage with stakeholders, customers, and managers at all levels.
  • Empathy and the ability to work directly with patients.
