Job Title: Nurse Manager - Fertility Clinic
Location: Marylebone, London
Salary: 65,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (No weekends or on-call required)
Holiday: 23 days per year plus bank holidays
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to join our leading Fertility Clinic in London. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of patient care is consistently delivered.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including recruiting, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Oversee patient assessments, treatments, and communication with patients throughout their fertility journey
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times
- Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies, coordinating with appropriate vendors as needed
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in clinic audits and inspections
- Provide support and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a clinical setting, ideally in fertility or reproductive health (at least 6 months fertility experience is essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
