Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a difference? We are currently seeking a Personal Care Assistant to work with students aged 11-18 in a special school in Kensington and Chelsea. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a key role in providing hands-on support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring their comfort and personal care needs are met while they engage in their education.
Responsibilities:- Assist students with personal care, including hygiene, mobility, and other daily routines in Kensington and Chelsea.
- Provide support in the classroom and during school activities, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure each student's individual care needs are met.
- Foster students' independence and dignity through compassionate, patient care.
- Participate in education and training to enhance your skills as a Personal Care Assistant and provide the best support for students.
- Experience in providing personal care or working with young people with SEN is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patient, understanding, and committed to supporting students' well-being.
- Willingness to engage in education and training to further your career as a Personal Care Assistant.
- Must be based in or able to travel to Kensington and Chelsea.
