We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a Post-16 College in the London Borough of Greenwich Area, working with students who have a range of needs, including SEMH, Anxiety, Suicidal Ideologies, ASD, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and wheelchair users.
Role Details:- Location: London Borough of Greenwich
- Days: Monday to Friday (Please only apply if you can work 5 days)
- Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Pay: £85 - £115 per day (depending on experience)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Providing tailored support to students with diverse learning and emotional needs
- Assisting with mobility, personal care, and communication where necessary
- Supporting students with anxiety, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning
- Working collaboratively with staff to create an inclusive and supportive environment
- Experience supporting students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, or physical disabilities
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A passion for making a positive impact in a post-16 educational setting
