Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality care to residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being
  • Supporting personal care, administering medications (if trained), and monitoring residents through the night
  • Following care plans and documenting any changes in health or behaviour
  • Leading by example to support and supervise the night care team, fostering a positive environment

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in Health and Social Care
  • Medication trained
  • Prior experience in day shifts is preferred
  • Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for person-centered care
